Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with The Good Dog Hub. We aim to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, events or seasonal periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50.

Express delivery is available at £6.99.

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3-5 working days for Standard delivery and 1-2 working days for express delivery . Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Available delivery options and their costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order. UK online-selling rules require delivery options and costs to be made clear before the customer places the order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegooddoghub.co.uk.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thegooddoghub.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.

The Good Dog Hub remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, except in circumstances where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer. This reflects the UK rules on when risk passes from a trader to a consumer.
